Nothing too much trouble, we greatly enjoyed this lovely small and hospitable hotel, would recomand.

Overall it was newly remodelled and nice cosy with bath tub. The breakfast had savoury choices and there were eggs and pancakes. This location was absolutely perfect and nice, right by night market and Hoàn Kiếm lake, and both Thailand and Vietnam...

Its location was incredible, near many stores and restaurants. Had essentials needed in the family room, including coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge.

The hotel was clean and hospitable, had wonderful views of the lake. We stayed in the family queen room, it was new-fashioned and the bed was great. The breakfast had plenty of options and included eggs and pancakes. The vibe here was family.

Best possible and top location - a 4-6 minute walk from Old Quarter. Found in the colourful area not far from nearby attractions with plenty of good food and shops nearby, and sightseeing.

Generally, the place was ideal and had genuinely friendly staff with the service provided by the staff. The breakfast was perfect and enjoyable, included eggs and pancakes to get the day started. Its location was very central, a minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake.

Beds were a little hard.

A good small and luxurious hotel, my first choice in Hanoi. Spotless property with nice design, and perfect buffet breakfast. Central location, easy base for discovering Hanoi. Well-kept and tastefully decorated units and ATTENTIVE staff especially the receptionists.

Annoying staff!

It was great value with a very stylish décor.

The location was unbeatable, situated in the heart of the city's Old Quarter. Everything was super accessible by foot and it was in the best area, close to anywhere you'd want to experience in Hanoi. The hotel itself was very stylish and nicely decorated. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a bed that provided a great night's sleep. The showers had good water pressure and the breakfast was top-notch. The buffet had a wide selection of dishes, both Western and Asian, and there were also freshly prepared pancakes and eggs made to order. It was a fantastic start to each day.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was exceptional and there was nothing that I believe needed improvement.

The location was excellent, around 10-15 minutes walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. There were shopping centres and a night market around the hotel. The breakfast was perfect and delicious for vegetarian, included eggs and pancakes.

The location turned out to be perfect, not far from French Quarter as well as the Hoan Kiem lake, night market, street food. The breakfast food was local, with eggs and pancakes etc.
